To Enquire about having a stall please use the Contact page or email me on zw4@yahoo.co.uk with as much information on what you plan to sell and what vintage era your collection is from and also what events you have attended before. If you do have a website or photographs of your stall please include these too. The more info the better.
If you can provide your own table it is always welcomed as they are sometimes in short supply at some of our chosen venues. But if you cannot then a table can be hired at a small extra charge and some venues they are supplied for free. Clothes Rails are not provided.
We do have a long list of stall holders but we are always happy to find new stalls and so if you would like to join us please get in touch.
Cost: As we move around a lot, Each venue has a different price and you can book different sizes of either a 6ft table only, 8x6ft or 12x6ft.
We reserve the right to refuse applications if they do not fit in with being Quality Vintage items Circa 1920s -1980s. We love Vintage Re-worked items but there is limited space at each event for this so i am sorry if you have been waiting a long time to get a space. But please persevere if you have something you know our customers would like.
For Customers: There is no need to book, You just pay on the door. The Entrance fee varies between
£1-£2 depending on our costs for each event. For those people who ask "why do we have to pay to get in?" Each event takes me 2 months to organise and the list of expenses for Venue, DJ, Signage, Flyers, Website, Advertising and Insurance costs makes it impossible to be free unfortunately.
But the price is as low as it can go for doing all this and accompanied children under 16 are always free.
